All of our properties are guaranteed to be tested for background radiation on a monthly basis. So don't be surprised when our team of Hazmat Professionals monitor you, your activities, and your household. They're only there to ensure there are habitable levels of radiation, and report on any subversive activities.
Water Filtration
Our properties come with preinstalled water filtration units. Proven 89% effective at removing all debris, pathogens and radiation from your water. Have peace of mind that you won't immediately perish from drinking the water in our properties. However, should we find that you are in violation of Oceania's new thought laws, we reserve the right to shut off your water with no notice.
Solar Panels
Here at Blackrock we strive to provide green solutions to the energy crisis we are currently facing. That's why our properties come pre fitted with solar panels to harvest the unbearably intense sunshine due to our depleted ozone layer. After the nuclear war, we all remember the 5 years of nuclear winter and the freezing that took place. But after we compensated by burning immense amounts of fossil fuels to stay alive, we were left with a different problem. The ozone layer had been greatly diminished, but on the bright side we now have even greater access to the UV rays used to power our solar cells. Your rental property comes standard with enough solar harvesting capability to power your home for 5 full hours per day. Should you wish to upgrade to 24 hours a day, an additional charge of $565,000 will be added.
